The new 736-acre South Germantown Recreational Park offers hiking trails, picnic areas, an indoor sports complex, 22 soccer fields and a lighted stadium, ball fields, archery and golf driving ranges, 2 mini-golf courses, a splash playground, indoor aquatic center and model boating lake. Around town, you'll find wonderful shops, restaurants and movie theaters.

Our Germantown apartment community is located approximately 45 minutes from D.C. and Washington-Dulles Airport, 1 hour from Baltimore and 50 minutes from Alexandria, Virginia. Public transportation is provided by Ride-On, the Montgomery County Public Bus System.
Take the Metro subway into D.C. and spend days exploring the history and culture of the city. Visit National Monuments, the Smithsonian Museum, the National Zoo or Library of Congress. If you're in the mood for a sporting event, both D.C. and Baltimore are home to professional teams.

Our apartment homes are located within the Montgomery County Public School District, the 16th largest school system in the nation, graduating 90% of all students.
Older students can continue a quality education at Montgomery College, Strayer University, University of Maryland, Johns Hopkins University or Columbia Union College.
